Fried Cheese Bites
Eight ounces of breaded and fried pepper jack cheese bites served with a house-made creamy horsey sauce.
Chili-Cheese Waffle Fries
Your choice of either a small or large bowl of fresh house-made chili over a bed of waffle fries, topped with shredded cheddar cheese. Served with a side of sour cream with chives.

Grilled Pork Tenderloin
A six-ounce pork filet grilled to one-hundred and thirty degrees or to temperature, if specified. Topped with a house-made mushroom sauce and served with two sides and your choice of soup or salad.
Roasted Parmesan Chicken Thighs and Tomatoes
Two chicken thighs breaded in panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese, pan-seared with juicy cherry tomatoes and finished in the oven. Served with two sides and your choice of soup or salad.
Two soft or hard-shelled tacos filled with seasoned tilapia, fresh pico de gallo, sliced avocados and slaw. Served with two sides and your choice of soup or salad.
Spaghetti and Meatballs
A bowl of fresh spaghetti pasta topped with three three-ounce meatballs, a house-made tomato sauce, and fresh Parmesan cheese. Served with garlic bread and your choice of soup or salad.
Southwest Black Bean Burger (Vegetarian)
Blackened black bean chipotle burger on a toasted bun, spread with fresh guacamole and topped with our house pico de gallo. Burger is served with two sides and your choice of soup or salad.
